When you connect CleanSync to Jobber, we store the data necessary to create and update cleaning jobs on your behalf: Jobber account identifiers, OAuth access and refresh tokens, the list of properties and clients you choose to sync, the Airbnb and Vrbo iCal URLs you provide, and the bookings we read from those feeds.
We use your data solely to power the automation you configured: reading iCal feeds on the schedule you set, and creating, updating, or cancelling Jobber jobs to match. We do not sell or share your data. We do not use it for advertising.
Data is stored in AWS (us-east-2) in encrypted DynamoDB tables. Tokens are stored in plaintext within the database and transmitted only over HTTPS to Jobber.
When you disconnect CleanSync from Jobber (App Marketplace → Disconnect), we mark your account as uninstalled, immediately invalidate any cached tokens, and purge all of your data — account record, properties, bookings, and error history — 30 days later. Prior to purge you can reinstall and resume where you left off. If you want immediate deletion, email support@cleansync.io.
